We also interface with most practice management systems that are capable of using the HL7 standard. This strategy works well for our customers as you pick the practice management system that best fits your practices’ needs that can interface with the EHR that is now the lifeblood of your practice.
Through the use of HL7, the practice management system automatically sends over patient demographics and scheduling in real time so you don't have to enter the data into both systems. In addition, after a patient encounter, MDIntelleSys in turn will send billing codes to the practice management system after the encounter is saved and signed off by the doctor. The entire process is very reliable and happens seamlessly behind the scenes so you don’t have to worry about managing the connection between both systems.
